My name is Tashalee and I am the Founder of Velia's Virtual Solutions LLC.

I am always thinking about what’s best for the companies I work with and how I can help them drive their business forward to reach and even exceed their goals. Not only

do we help other business owners find solutions that fit their business but motivate them to push past anything that may be holding them back from finding true success.

Originally from New York, I started Velia’s in 2017 when too many jobs rejected me for roles I knew I was more than qualified for.

Being an over-qualified candidate in a city with such heavy competition made finding a solid job a serious challenge. Inspired by GirlBoss, Sophia Amoruso, I knew I had the courage to start a company. TaskRabbit is where I got my start working remotely. A few months later, Velia’s was born.

Having worked in the corporate world as an Executive Assistant for 16 years, I have gained the skills to support businesses in various

stages and industries. Aside from skills I’ve learned from working, I have also gained an educational record to be proud of.

An advocate for education, I take pride in always staying current with the necessary skills to keep Velia’s up to date as well as your business. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, an Associate’s Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, and several LinkedIn Learning Certifications. Velia's has also become M/WBE certified in the state of Connecticut. We have also been featured in the Metro Hartford Alliance newsletter as well as Innovation Destination Hartford and GoSolo Subkit

Velia’s started as just my solution but as of last 2020, we expanded and now have a team of very talented VAs with specific skills. Velia’s was no longer just the solution in my life, but it became a solution for many others whether they are my VAs or clients.

It is my goal, not only to provide you with a unique experience but to change your life for the better.
