Our goal is to make sure that we can not only help you reach your goals but also give you peace of mind.

• We currently work by retainer only. Every month you are billed a specific amount and we will track our time just for your records.

• We work between business hours of 8am & 6pm EST Monday through Thursday and 8am-2pm EST on Friday.

• We offer 12-month contracts only. We do not offer month-to-month at this time.

• All contracts require FULL PAYMENT at the time of signing. The only alternative is that you can pay half up front and 2 weeks later you will have to pay the remainder. Then, payments must be paid no later than the fifth day of the month.

• Our VAs provide time trackers for the work they do during the month. Then that time tracked will be provided to you at the end of the month with a report of tasks/projects completed for the month.

• Our pricing structure is broken up into tiers. Project Management and Social Media Management have separate pricing.

• All projects and tasks have a 24-hour turnaround time.
